Spectacularly Broken

There once was a repo having contents vast. 
A repo actively developed whose developers hast
scoffed upon decades of progress in field
to write in a new way, reinvent an old wheel. 

Too busy and excited to read what was written
their fingers kept typing an incredible system. 
An intricate network of precision the repo
became the identity of its people. 

Enter stage right, a nobody with thumbs
exceptionally qualified for being humdrum. 
Double click and a tap, dragging this over that,
oh no, something happened, spectacularly dumb. 

“When I click this over here, it breaks over there. 
It all breaks with just the tiniest of errors!” 
“You don’t get it, you’re naive, can’t you see
